Current CControlPanelFolder::CompareIDs was using wrong lparam column
index. Actual column index should be 1 instead of 4. Because of this
the comment column next to name in details view was not being displayed

[NEWDEV] Enable OK button in "Browse For Folder" only when driver is found
Implement BrowseCallbackProc() function which sends BFFM_ENABLEOK message
to the browse dialog whether the driver is found in the selected folder.
Pass the search path to the browse dialog depending on the current index
of the drop down combobox. If the index is not set, just get window text.
Then, automatically expand the tree view to the specified path by sending
BFFM_SETSELECTION message.
Also fix a bug in SearchDriverRecursive() where a duplicate backslash
was added to the PathWithPattern string variable.
[SHELL32] Do not add Recycle Bin to the tree view items in FillTreeView()
[SYSSETUP] Add source path to the "Installation Sources" multi-string key
Each time the ProcessSetupInf() is being called, add the source path
to the "Installation Sources" registry key, if it's not added there yet.
The driver search path combobox will be then populated using its value.
CDefaultContextMenu::DoProperties provides a fallback call
to the property sheet testing the return value of the _DoCallback method,
which is ultimately the return value of SH_ShowDriveProperties().
SH_ShowDriveProperties() sometimes returns an HRESULT, however it is marked
as returning a BOOL. Then, DrivesContextMenuCallback() always handles this
result as an HRESULT.
Fix SH_ShowDriveProperties() to always return a BOOL as it is intended,
and in DrivesContextMenuCallback() handle the result accordingly.
CORE-18537
DFM_MERGECONTEXTMENU handler works better now. However there is difference
between ours and Windows' menu building systems, which has to be fixed.

In explorer filebrowser 'details' view
the column 'comments' had invalid length of zero, and therefore
was hidden under the 'attributes' column.
I guess even after this patch, it will not display any
sane contents in there yet.
Therefore I chose a small width of 10 only, to reduce the chance for
it to trigger an undesired horizontal scrollbar.
As far as I see we don't support manual showing and hiding of additional columns yet.
By default my Windows does not show this column. But when activated manually, it is always
shown on the right hand side of the 'attributes' column.
Previously, we would share one object between a multitude of options.
Now, the only two options that need to store something for later use each have their own space for it.
The context menu always cleans up after itself, the File menu does not.

This is proceeded by manipulating the window of the current instance of 'rundll32.exe':
- Set title text
- Set icon
- Show window (minimal)
- Engaging the corresponding button in the Taskbar.
The file browser now has a status bar like Windows Server 2003 does.
This includes the sizes of the files, as well as the location.
In certain folders (Network, Desktop, etc.) the status bar is hidden.
Currently it does not handle this in the same way as Windows Shell does,
however it's a good first step to make it work properly.

In MS Windows all control panel applets are started in single instance.
This prevents conflicts of concurrent accesses to the configuration data.
Before starting applets, look up the dialog window of the existing instance
by checking several atoms, such as the applet path, CPLName, and CPLFlags.
If the dialog is found, it's brought to the foreground, and a new applet
instance not started.

There was a handle reference leak in the recycler bin and the bin wasn't removing the copied file after restoring it.
Close the handle were the memory leak was and move the file when restoring it.
Note that even if the MS PSDK and MSDN documents an hypothetical
ANSI version SHCreateFileExtractIconA(), this one never existed
exported in any Windows version!
Converted from Cantonese to HK-Style Written Chinese.

The About dialog banner will now show the correspondent Product version selected on install.
This will make it easier to tell which edition of ReactOS is installed.
Implement a sanity check helper which determines if the partition is a system drive or not based on the %SystemDrive% environment variable, preventing the user from nuking accidentally the partition with ReactOS system files installed. :P
NOTE: This code serves as a temporary measure to prevent accidental formatting of the system drive. In the future most of this code has to be totally rewritten (and stopping syncing with WINE altogether) as well as FMIFS library code so that we're on par in terms of compatibility with Windows.

This is a slight refactor of InsertDefaultClusterSizeForFs() code with the goal to avoid having the same code for FAT-related and EXT2/BtrFS filesystems.
FATX is listed as a filesystem for format within the list but it's classed out from current proposed filesystems, thus spamming the debug output and not allowing to actually format a storage drive with this FS.

Fixing the bug where open with menu where OpenWithMenu does not handle handler's path when there are spaces in the path string, by adding the missing quote marks around %1 when recording the registry entry for file handler.
When the system is not installed yet (e.g. LiveCD or 2nd installation stage)
there is no registered user and organization, so no need to show this text
label in the shell about dialog.

Instead of messing with global variables and the like, we introduce two target properties:
- WITH_CXX_EXCEPTIONS: if you want to use C++ exceptions
- WITH_CXX_RTTI: if you need RTTI in your module
You can use the newly introduced set_target_cpp_properties function, with WITH_EXCEPTIONS and WITH_RTTI arguments
We also introduce two libraries :
- cpprt: for C++ runtime routines
- cppstl: for the C++ standard template library
NB: On GCC, this requires to create imported libraries with the related built-in libraries:libsupc++, limingwex, libstdc++
Finally, we manage the relevant flags with the ad-hoc generator expressions
So, if you don't need exceptions, nor RTTI, nor use any runtime at all: you simply have nothing else to do than add your C++ file to your module
shell32.ShellMessageBoxW redirects to shlwapi.ShellMessageBoxWrapW.
However the latter one (shlwapi) is exported by ordinal only.
Trying to use in shell32.spec file the following syntax:
182 varargs ShellMessageBoxW() shlwapi.ShellMessageBoxWrapW
will therefore fail at runtime, because Windows/ReactOS will fail to
snap shlwapi.ShellMessageBoxWrapW.
Using instead an export by orginal:
182 varargs ShellMessageBoxW() shlwapi.#388
actually fails as well, but at link time, by both MSVC' LINK and GNU's
dlltool.
This generates a .def file containing the line:
ShellMessageBoxW=shlwapi.#388 @182
It is not clear why it fails, because according to:

However one encounters the same errors as those described at:

So instead we use another trick, that appears to be already in use in
the shell32.spec. Since the shlwapi functions are imported because we
link to it, this means that ShellMessageBoxWrapW() is already available
through this import. So we can specify it in the .spec file as is,
without a full name prefixed with "shlwapi." .
Therefore the associated shell32.ShellMessageBoxW function will instead
link to the small ShellMessageBoxWrapW() import stub that is generated
automatically.
This makes ShellMessageBoxW use the correct implementation where the
text buffer size is dynamic, instead of having a too small hardcoded
size.
Fixes CORE-17271.

However we cannot straightforwardly implement ShellMessageBoxA around
ShellMessageBoxW, by converting some parameters from ANSI to UNICODE,
because there may be some variadic ANSI strings, associated with '%s'
printf-like formatters inside the format string, that would also need
to be converted; however there is no way for us to find these and perform
the conversion ourselves.
Therefore, we re-implement ShellMessageBoxA by doing a copy-paste ANSI
adaptation of the shlwapi.ShellMessageBoxWrapW function.
Note that, on Vista+ onwards, shlwapi implements both ShellMessageBoxA/W,
and shell32 directly forwards these exports to shlwapi, thus avoiding
these workarounds.
[PSDK] Explicily use WINAPIV for the variadic ShellMessageBoxA/W functions.
