The update driver wizard should not change the device class by default,
especially when there is already a class set. This is the case when the
wizard gets called from the device manager.
Display the control panel applet in the taskbar to allow better navigation between programs.

This is proceeded by manipulating the window of the current instance of 'rundll32.exe':
- Set title text
- Set icon
- Show window (minimal)
- Engaging the corresponding button in the Taskbar.
The file browser now has a status bar like Windows Server 2003 does.
This includes the sizes of the files, as well as the location.
In certain folders (Network, Desktop, etc.) the status bar is hidden.
Currently it does not handle this in the same way as Windows Shell does,
however it's a good first step to make it work properly.

This effectively reverts a6005299c6, and
parts of c3da00c42c.
This call is not required, as umpnpmgr already does what is needed.
However, keep the call to EnumDisplayDevices(), so win32k knows that a
new graphic card has been installed.

The Update Driver wizard dialog was not completely visible.
A part of the window was off the screen.
As in Windows XP the dialog box is positioned slightly below
and to the right of the parent window (Z-order).
The default IME window has to be created for each top-level window in specific condition. It is needed for implementing Japanese input.
- Add IntFocusSetInputContext helper function.
- Call IntFocusSetInputContext after sending WM_KILLFOCUS message.
- Add IntWantImeWindow, co_IntCreateDefaultImeWindow, and IntDestroyOwnedWindows helper functions.

In MS Windows all control panel applets are started in single instance.
This prevents conflicts of concurrent accesses to the configuration data.
Before starting applets, look up the dialog window of the existing instance
by checking several atoms, such as the applet path, CPLName, and CPLFlags.
If the dialog is found, it's brought to the foreground, and a new applet
instance not started.

- Take the opportunity to fix some of these functions' SAL annotations.
- Remark: "LP" for pointers is old-fashioned Windows, avoid this in NT code.
[MSWSOCK][SECLOGON] Do the minor adjustments. Remove unnecessary function casts.

This fixes a bug where some verions of mingw and probably gcc
assume that the result of pointer subtraction will be non-NULL,
causing MSI_OpenDatabaseW to break when given the mode
MSIDBOPEN_READONLY + MSIDBOPEN_PATCHFILE.

The Binary and Icon tables store their data in a different format from
other tables, one column of the data is stored as a "stream" instead
of a normal text field. With this patch those tables can now be
exported properly by the MSI export functionality.

msi_export_record is a lot more complicated than necessary, this patch
splits out the field export part of that functionality as
msi_export_field. This also needs to be separate for exporting binary
stream data (next patch).

The _SummaryInformation table stores a lot of important information
about an MSI database. This patch adds the ability to export that
table since, like _ForceCodepage, it is stored in a different format
than the other tables.

msidb allows developers to remove "streams" (cabinet files) from a
database with the "-k" mode flag. To support that feature we need
MSIMODIFY_DELETE support in the underlying MSI implementation.

A crash occurs during install of dotnet35 on a 64-bit prefix
as when msi_destroy_assembly_caches is called, the mscoree

Currently MsiSummaryInfoSetProperty tests don't have a chance to execute under
Wine because the tests crash earlier, and the crashes are hidden by a custom
action exception handler. This patch simplifies the next one.

As of 3a884c2ef the server is started on the main thread, so this is no
longer a valid assumption. In particular, we disable WoW64 redirection while
running standard actions, including the top-level INSTALL action.

Asynchronous custom actions don't wait for custom_client_thread() to
terminate, so it's possible for two consecutive actions to both try to start
the server at once, causing failures when the second action e.g. receives
ERROR_PIPE_BUSY from CreateNamedPipe().

We use a named pipe to communicate between the client (i.e. the process that
called MsiInstallProduct() and the custom action server. The naïve approach
has the client send custom action GUIDs to the server and the server send
back the results of executing the action, but this fails in the case of
nested custom actions, so instead we send back handles of threads for the
client to wait on.

This patch is effectively a no-op by itself, but makes the next patch
architecturally much simpler. We need the main thread to be non-blocking
to allow nested custom actions to work, so creating the thread inside of
msiexec allows the custom action thread to write the result of the action to
the server pipe while the main thread simply reads from it.

Instead of passing a remote MSIHANDLE and creating a set of remote_Record*()
methods, we marshal the whole record as a wire struct. We do this for two
reasons: firstly, because chances are whoever is reading the record is going
to want to read the whole thing, so it's much less taxing on IPC to just pass
the whole record once; and secondly, because records can be created on the
client side or returned from the server side, and we don't want to have to
write a lot of extra code to deal with both possibilities.
The wire_record struct is designed so that we can simply pass the relevant
part of an MSIRECORD to the server.

When changing the console output code page, check whether the current
font can support it. If not, try to find a suitable font for the new
code page. If none can be found:
- if we are creating a new console, forcefully switch to codepage 437
(OEM USA) and retry finding a font, falling back to "Terminal" if
none could be found;
- if we were just changing the current CP, just fail and keep the old
code page and font.
Rework the console font selection/creation functions for this new job
(see CreateConsoleFontEx() and friends). Elements of implementation
based from https://github.com/microsoft/terminal ; see code for more
information.
Silence the noisy IsValidConsoleFont2() diagnostic messages.
Add Doxygen documentation.

WineStaging-4.18 was done. This commit is as near as possible to actual
wine-7.0-rc3 version. This wine code uses reverse_bgr8 instead of own
convert_rgba_to_bgra, but it leads to wrong colors.
- Modify NtUserCreateInputContext prototype.
- Add UserCreateInputContext helper function.
- Implement NtUserCreateInputContext function by using UserCreateInputContext.
- Call UserCreateInputContext(0) in InitThreadCallback function to create the default input context.

The server-side CsrSrvIdentifyAlertableThread and CsrSrvSetPriorityClass

The corresponding client-side CsrIdentifyAlertableThread and CsrSetPriorityClass
now become just stubs that either trivially succeed or fail, respectively.

- Stop logspam when right-click menu testing for OpenWith is done
CORE-17816
- Implement functions to get regional data from system
- Disable setup window and buttons when control panel applet is started

- Add a horizontal separator between user locale and keyboard layout
The window initialization handler code should update these properly,
but for now just put empty strings there until it's implemented.
This makes reviewing dialog layout easier in visual resource editors
like Resource Hacker and others, so the translation maintenance takes
much less time.
We already use this technique in some other modules like sysdm and zipfldr.
Spotted by Can Taşan. Fix suggested by Thomas Faber.
Additionally:
- Fix position of some elements to avoid overlapping

Logspam started during 0.4.9-dev'ing when zipfldr got committed, logspam became much worse by
0.4.10-dev-599-g 932df378bf
But the actual bug of 'calling those functions when not needed' is much older than that.
I do intend to port this improvement back into older rls-branches.
Revert my last dsound fix, because it does not fix the actual problem with audio formats support. It only makes the situation worse. It prevents the error when creating an audio stream, but the sound is not playing correctly, both in ReactOS and Windows (with our dsound.dll). Without this fix, it works perfectly on Windows, but does not in ROS.
In particular, the sound is not playing properly in AIMP 4.71 with other audio formats besides default (44100 Hz, 16 bit, stereo). And any other apps which request these audio formats may be also affected as well.
Force the status back to failure, because otherwise the badly required code is not executed at all.
I've made a more correct fix(es) in other audio component(s) instead and will submit them if further PRs.
This reverts commit 183566ee58.
