harmonize the mixed usage of EINGABETASTE and ENTER
in favor of ENTER.
Allows us even to omit a linebreak in the format utility and
therefore get closer to en-US.rc

Some of the punctuation use in WIne has been converted to half-width,
so the punctuation will no longer synced.
Fix (tr-TR) resource file compilation error RC2102 on VS2015 and 2017.
Based on the work done at CORE-7405, moves the string split location so
the first part of the message isn't too long anymore.
CORE-17910
- Implement caching of individual (newline-separated) text lines; this
behaviour can be enabled with a flag (enabled by MORE):
CON_PAGER_CACHE_INCOMPLETE_LINE.
This feature is necessary when reading a text file, whose text lines
may span across two or more successive temporary read buffers, and is
required for correctly determining whether the lines being read are
blank and may be squeezed.
- When squeezing blank lines, the blank-line check must be done for each
line segment corresponding to the screen line (and following) that
need to be displayed. This matches the behaviour of MS MORE.COM.
- Fix the IsBlankLine() check to not consider FORM-FEEDs as being blank
characters: This is necessary for correctly handling FORM-FEED
expansion. Also note that MS MORE.COM only checks for spaces and TABs,
so we are slightly overdoing these checks (considering other types of
whitespace).
- Get rid of ConCallPagerLine() and the intermediate CON_PAGER_DONT_OUTPUT
state flag that were used repeatedly for each and every small line
chunks. Instead, call directly the user-specified 'PagerLine' callback
when we are about to start treating the next line segment to be
displayed (see comment above).
- Fix the exit return condition of ConPagerWorker(): it should return
TRUE whenever we displayed all the required lines, and FALSE otherwise.
Otherwise, the previous (buggy) condition on the data being read from
the text file, may lead to the prompt not showing when a screenful of
text has been displayed, if it happened that the current text buffer
becomes empty at the same time (even if, overall, the text file hasn't
been fully displayed).
- In MorePagerLine(), when we encounter for the first time a blank line
that will be squeezed with other successive ones, display a single
blank line. But for that, just display one space and a newline: this
single space is especially needed in order to force line wrapping when
the ENABLE_VIRTUAL_TERMINAL_PROCESSING or DISABLE_NEWLINE_AUTO_RETURN
console modes are enabled. Otherwise the cursor remains at the
previous line (without wrapping), and just outputting one newline will
not make it move past 2 lines as one would naively expect.
- The column extent should cover the whole width of the console screenbuffer.
On the contrary, the line extent covers only the number of lines that
cover the current displayed console window.
- Since the console can be resized while the pager is prompting, we need
to actually recalculate in the prompt routine the default number of
lines for a screen.
- Reset s_nNextLineNo when paging a new file.
- Shorten the names of the flags: CON_PAGER_FLAG_*** --> CON_PAGER_***.
- Reorder few members in the CON_PAGER pager structure where they make sense.
- ScreenColumns, ScreenRows --> PageColumns, PageRows: keeping the open
possibility for having a pager controlling a region of different size
than the screen.
- Add doxygen documentation for ConWritePaging().
Implement FC (file comparison) command. As a starting point, we support binary mode comparison at first. Text mode comparison and wildcard are not supported yet. CORE-17500

Originally "ProductType" and "ProductSuite" (typesetted without spaces) were the registry value names where these settings would go, but since it's meaningless to show these values it's better instead to use human-readable names with correct translation and spacing.

from Wine, using __REACTOS__ defines to separate the changes.
We note that in effect it completely contains the functionality of
Wine's send_close_messages(), so we keep that latter disabled.
Make the argument process of command utility "taskkill" behave same as what Windows does.
Now options are no longer detected as parameters when placed after options that accept one.
For example, `taskkill /im /f` will no longer regard `/f` as a process name.
If `/?` and `/f` options appear more than once, an error will be reported, telling they are not allowed more than once.
(e.g. `taskkill /f /pid 1000 /f`)
If only one option `/f` is given without `/pid` or `/im`, an eerror will be reported, telling that one must specify `/pid` or `/im`.
(e.g. `taskkill /f`)
Additional changes:
- Combine SendCloseMessages() and TerminateProcesses() functions.
- Protect new written code with `#ifdef __REACTOS__`
CORE-16356
Therefore the ERRORLEVEL value will be correctly set in accordance on
return from the utility in cmd.exe, and conditional tests based on this
returned value will succeed as they should.

- Only include the strictly necessary headers.
- Get rid of the dependency on shell and user DLLs.
- fgetws() gets the string buffer size in number of characters.
- We can use the CRT functions for lengths of the arguments etc.
- The cFileName member of the WIN32_FIND_DATAW structure does not
contain the full PATH to the enumerated file, but only its name.
In order to use _wfopen(), build a full file path out of the
directory part of the file specification and the full file name.
- Simplify a ConPrintf() call to make it "atomic".
- Fix the "confusion" lLineCount vs. lLineNumber vocable in the code.
- Do not emit an extra newline after having displayed the results for
a given file.
- Uppercase the switches for performing the comparisons.
- Send the errors to the StdErr stream.
- Remove trailing whitespace.
This commit contains a complete rewrite of find console utility.
The goal of it was to make the source code easier to maintain
and to add a missing feature (/offline switch).
Additional changes:
* now the program operates on Unicode strings;
* added conutils and shlwapi as program's libraries;
* added IDS_INVALID_SWITCH string into resources;

Update Simplified and Traditional Chinese translations.
[FONTEXT]: At the moment there is a comment in the en-US.rc resource file that advises to not translate it. I only created this file as a basis for the future. The file will be updated later when there is the possibility for FONTEXT to be translated further.
- The aliases ("macros") definition files have the same format as what
is output by DosKey when one displays the list of defined aliases with
the /macros: command-line switch. It should then, in particular,
understand the format where executable names are also specified:

We now behave similarly as Windows' version of this utility in that
regard.
- Use ARRAYSIZE() when needed.
- Take the opportunity to add a license header to the source file.
- Add Simplified Chinese translation for EVENTCREATE.
- Update translations for 'dxdiag', 'fontview', 'magnify', 'mmc', 'rapps' and 'wordpad'.
