One StringCbPrintf() call is sufficient, that can cover both
clearModifyAlert == TRUE or FALSE cases.
Also, only SendMessage(EM_GETMODIFY) when clearModifyAlert == FALSE
(during text edition).
When typing text on NotePad, then NotePad title bar flickers.
- Save previous modification flag.
- If no change in modification flag, do not set the title bar text.
Reviewed all Chinese Simplified translation files and updated those
inappropriate or outdated ones.

No release was ever affected therefore.
The diff looks massive in tgit-diffview, strange,
but I actually replaced just a '\' with '\n' at line 168.
My local diff tool does properly display it as a one-line-change only.
Converted from Cantonese to HK-Style Written Chinese.
Also assign zh-HK translations to the ReactOS Chinese
translation team in the CODEOWNERS file.

we introduced the following compiler warning for MSVC2010 release build:
reactos/base/applications/notepad/lang/es-ES.rc(12) : warning RC4204 : ASCII character not equivalent to virtual key code
That warning was muted without investing too much love by
0.4.15-dev-2469-g d0bb775774
Today we apply the proper fix that brings us back in sync with other languages.
I do intend to port the proper fix back to 0.4.14RC as well.

- Correct the random names, fixing the denominations, translate of the English words, and fixing random and incorrect denominations like "Cabinet" or "distribuciones".
- Fixed the notepad shortcuts of "Save" (Ctrl+g) and "Replace".
Rewrite shell32!SHAddToRecentDocs and use it in some applications.
Wine's SHAddToRecentDocs was not Unicode supported and unusable. I will dare to rewrite.
