Fix the glitch
"Wenn nur eine nur einzige Leitung verbunden ist"
to
"Wenn nur eine einzige Leitung verbunden ist"
which was introduced by
SVN r67570 == git 8ad8574f4b
and a few other small glitches.

Some of the punctuation use in WIne has been converted to half-width,
so the punctuation will no longer synced.
There is no need to compile our DLLs as shared libraries since we are
managing symbols exports and imports through spec files.
On my system, this reduces the configure-time by a factor of two.
