Some of the punctuation use in WIne has been converted to half-width,
so the punctuation will no longer synced.
Suppose dwFlags == 1 | 4 (i.e. skipping the flag 2).
Then the while-loop would only run once, because at the second iteration
(after dwWhich >>= 1; has been executed once), dwWhich value == 2, but
dwWhich & 0x1 == 0, which makes the while-loop condition false.
Instead the loop should run, but the handling of the extension should be
skipped.
- Added zh-TW translation for the following modules: credui, crypt32, getuname, mapi32, themeui, shlwapi.
- Modify zh-TW translation for other files.
- Moving Traditional Chinese translation back to Zh.rc for files came from Wine (comdlg32).

Instead of messing with global variables and the like, we introduce two target properties:
- WITH_CXX_EXCEPTIONS: if you want to use C++ exceptions
- WITH_CXX_RTTI: if you need RTTI in your module
You can use the newly introduced set_target_cpp_properties function, with WITH_EXCEPTIONS and WITH_RTTI arguments
We also introduce two libraries :
- cpprt: for C++ runtime routines
- cppstl: for the C++ standard template library
NB: On GCC, this requires to create imported libraries with the related built-in libraries:libsupc++, limingwex, libstdc++
Finally, we manage the relevant flags with the ad-hoc generator expressions
So, if you don't need exceptions, nor RTTI, nor use any runtime at all: you simply have nothing else to do than add your C++ file to your module
This makes ShellMessageBoxW use the correct implementation where the
text buffer size is dynamic, instead of having a too small hardcoded
size.
Fixes CORE-17271.
See also PR #3172 by Kyle Katarn, supplemented with some ideas from
Mark Jansen.
However we cannot straightforwardly implement ShellMessageBoxA around
ShellMessageBoxW, by converting some parameters from ANSI to UNICODE,
because there may be some variadic ANSI strings, associated with '%s'
printf-like formatters inside the format string, that would also need
to be converted; however there is no way for us to find these and perform
the conversion ourselves.
Therefore, we re-implement ShellMessageBoxA by doing a copy-paste ANSI
adaptation of the shlwapi.ShellMessageBoxWrapW function.
Note that, on Vista+ onwards, shlwapi implements both ShellMessageBoxA/W,
and shell32 directly forwards these exports to shlwapi, thus avoiding
these workarounds.
[PSDK] Explicily use WINAPIV for the variadic ShellMessageBoxA/W functions.
[INCLUDE/REACTOS] Add ShellMessageBoxWrapW in shlwapi_undoc.h .
There is no need to compile our DLLs as shared libraries since we are
managing symbols exports and imports through spec files.
On my system, this reduces the configure-time by a factor of two.
[SHLWAPI] Refactor the SHCreateWorkerWindowW() prototype to match its ANSI SHCreateWorkerWindowA() counterpart.
The last parameter is really to be understood as an extra window data, and not a "message result" (as it would be the case for dialog window procedure).
That is why I also remove the mention of "DWLP_MSGRESULT" in the SetWindowLongPtrW() call.
SHCreateWorkerWindowA() had it OK but SHCreateWorkerWindowW() did not.

[SHLWAPI] Make SHCreateWorkerWindowA() and SHCreateWorkerWindowW() x64-compatible.
The first parameter of these functions is a pointer to a window procedure, having a definite prototype, so employ a correct typedef WNDPROC,
which ensures both correct pointer size and parameter type enforcement.
This also ensures that we use instead a correct pointer size, since otherwise LONG remains 32-bits for Windows compatibility on x64 platforms.
The wndProc parameter is thus casted to LONG_PTR to comply with the SetWindowLongPtrA/W calls.
In SHCreateWorkerWindowW(), the last "wnd_extra" parameter should also be LONG_PTR to be able to pass 64-bit data pointer on x64 platforms.
Therefore fix also setting the wc.cbWndExtra size. One should note that the ANSI SHCreateWorkerWindowA() function had everything OK already.
This Wine sync (that was not done against WineStaging) erased code
that had been submitted to WineStaging by the ReactOS team (clist.c
fixes, see r73565 a05881c and r73976 7b6b597) or added in r68042 9a78054.
To that aim I add explicit #if(n)def __REACTOS__ guards around the code.
