[RC] Truncate some too long strings in resources. Some I cant't cut down because of it's language were marked as too long for translators to fix. VMWInst skipped, it should die anyway.

Giant German Language Fix Patch by "tux."

I skipped xcopy, winhlp32 and wordpad because they are wine synched and expand, because its not translated anymore.
Fix some BOMs i did not see at wine synching.

Final Apps to get modified. Now all non Synched Files use these rules:
...
1. Use a DIALOGEX template instead of a DIALOG template.
2. Set the DS_SHELLFONT flag in your dialog styles.
3. Set the dialog font to "MS Shell Dlg".
-> Windows 2000+ Look
