Implement all the controls in the ``Effects'' section of desk.cpl, except 'Big icons'; make the comboboxes slightly wider; rename user-facing ``ClearType'' to ``FreeType Antialised'' as a nod to the supporting library while avoiding patented and trademarked words.

- Implement loading the scheme from a visual style and allow the user to customize it before applying the visual style

- Store the scheme in memory as NONCLIENTMETRICS and ICONMETRICS structs instead of arrays of sizes and fonts
- Store the loaded themes in a list instead of a global array
- Now that this works great in windows, it also mean that we have to modify our colour schemes in the registry to
be in the same format with windows and also fix uxtheme to handle system metrics properly

- Do not display the file suffix after adding a wallpaper through the "Browse" dialog.

- After using the "Browse" dialog, select the newly added item and scroll to the bottom to show it
- Add the LVS_SHOWSELALWAYS style to the ListViews, so items are also highlighted, when the ListView does not have the focus (same as WinXP does)

Added DS_SHELLFONT to all Dialogs and removed DS_FIXEDSYS and DS_SETFONT if existant (most of the time they were not.)
Checked for the right Font for Asian Languages and set a unified Font size fot them.
Synched some translated stuff to contain all data (in English, but hey..)
