Hermès Bélusca-Maïto 6f5d03b414 [MORE]: Rewrite almost completely the MORE command, taking advantage of the console pager functionality of the ConUtils library (see CORE-10504 and commit r73024). 
- When displaying files, display the percentage of file read so far in the "Continue" prompt. Otherwise (when being piped or feeded from StdIn), just display the "Continue" prompt without percentage.
- Try to detect the text file encoding (ANSI, UTF16-BE/BE w/ or w/o BOM; UTF-8 to do!!) before displaying it. See the code for more details.

NOTE that the other functionalities of more (being able to scroll one line at a time, other command-line switches, etc...) are still not implemented yet.

Olaf Siejka ed88df8046 Converting POLISH localisation strings to UTF-8. Part 1/x - 
- base/applications. pl-PL.rc conversion;
- add PRAGMA, required by MSVC to rsrc/modulename/resource.rc, instead of individual localisation files. Localisation files already converted to UTF-8 will be placed at the end, after PRAGMA.

Tested on rbuild/cmake/nmake

Daniel Reimer 55ea1cb8dc Sync all RC Files to contain all Stuff. Non Translated stuff is in English. 
Fix some Bugs and Typos.
Say byebye to { and }. Say Hello to BEGIN and END. :-P
Fix Part of the mess of different fonts used. (Still needs to be completed)

- Polish translation for 0.3.4 is now complete... almost :)
  One thing left is kernel32 error codes. As it requires integration, it will be
  completed this week, right now i`m just adding a pl file for starters.
