699041b221 [NTDLL_WINETEST] Unhack exception test and include it in x64 
This removes the use of a precompiled header, as it causes problems with different usages of NONAMELESSUNION, which had to be hacked already, but this is still causing problems with GCC x64. It's just not worth the hassle to keep reactos specific hacks to save a few ms of compile time.

ae574e16f8 [WINETESTS] Workaround crashes in riched20:richole on VBox/KVM bots CORE-16799 
The crashes began when those tests were synced to Wine Staging 4.18 in
0.4.14-dev-419-g 76cf09cfea

55345930ad [SHELL32_APITEST] ShellExecCmdLine: Don't copy Notepad.exe 
On Windows 10, when I copyed Notepad.exe to the desktop and double-clicked it, it won't start Notepad. This is probably because there is a security protection mechanism (or some mechanism) at work. Tests that assume this mechanism will not work properly on ReactOS. Thus, I had to delete some tests. CORE-17351

ba74a05a17 [PSEH] Add implementation for GCC amd64 
Also, put include directory next to the library and use
target_include_directories(.. INTERFACE ..) to get this right.
This is because :
 - Having includes & implementation in two different places buggers me
 - This makes sure that there is no "if it compiles everything is fine" behaviour from anyone
   because now even static libraries need it for GCC amd64 build
Also add __USE_PSEH2__ define for the non SEH-aware compilers out there and use it in a few headers
where we define macros involving __try

[TRANSLATION] Chinese Traditional (zh-TW) translation improvement (#3430) 
- CACLS, FONTSUB, NOTEPAD, SOLITAIRE, VCDCONTROLTOOL, WORDPAD: Update Chinese Traditional translation.
- CALC, PING, SYSTEMINFO Add Chinese Traditional translation.
- PING, SYSTEMINFO: Update zh-TW.rc to make it less Windows like (maybe).
- WRITE, WINFILE: Translation sync to Wine.

+ Update media/doc/For_Chinese_Translation.txt
