ElgarL da857895fc Re-initialize the WorldsHolder on a reload, as un-registering and 
re-registering a new holder means all plugins have to check for the new
service on every quiery.

ElgarL cdae0898c7 Stop the error on shutdown if GM failed to load at startup. 
GroupManager will now generate it's own log (in the GM folder) to
keep things tidy, but also to account of those players unable to
find/access their server.log.
Startup errors will now lock out ALL commands other than '/manload'

Fix GM reporting of permission inheritance to retain the correct order.
Lower inheritance groups can no longer negate a higher groups

ElgarL e2e51c9c95 Added a new permission node 'groupmanager.op'. This will cause players 
with this node to be treated as op's when using GroupManager commands
(they will still require each commands
permission node to use them).

ElgarL 6476158462 Don't remove an attachment on a player leaving as Bukkit never forgets 
it. This fixes non mirrored permissions being messed up if a player
relogs.

ElgarL 59679e0423 Depreciate PlayerTeleportEvent, PlayerRespawnEvent and PlayerPortalEvent 
as it's all handled in PlayerChangedWorldEvent.
This also means we no longer update permissions before we change
worlds.

ElgarL 5b4966c888 Auto sort permissions on load to speed up population of superperms. 
Negating a parent node after adding all nodes with * will now
correctly remove all child nodes of that parent before populating
superperms.
	  eg.
	      - '*'
	      - -vanish.*
	      - vanish.standard

ElgarL 746eb353a2 Fixed an infinite loop error when using '/manudel' on a logged in

ElgarL 145b0be2f3 addSubGroup now returns a boolean for success/failure. 
'/manuaddsub' now correctly reports if it was able to add the sub
group.

ElgarL 1dab4f95dd Added recursive loop detection for World mirroring (you may not set the 
main world as a mirror of another).
Fixed fetching world data so it no longer returns the mirrored world
for groups. Each world data holder now points to the correct data set,
so can be returned as an object.
