Bișoc George	7b71877676	[TRANSLATION] Romanian translation for FONTEXT and TIMEOUT (#363) ... [FONTEXT]: At the moment there is a comment in the en-US.rc resource file that advises to not translate it. I only created this file as a basis for the future.
