this works differently from mischiefs original patch. instead of
overloading the address bar, we popup our own enter box. the
function can be invoked from the menu or by hitting ^F.
add new functions pageaddr() that returns a string describing
the page to be loaded. it is in the form of:
/path/to/file!pagename!subpage!....
one can jump to such a page by calling trywalk(name, addr)
where name and addr get concatinated with ! to form a page
address and then the currently loaded pages are walked up
to the nearest page which is then returned. (or nil when
not found). the remaining address will be set in the global
pagewalk variable.
once pages get loaded (asynchronously), pagewalk1() gets
called again on addpage() and continues the walking up to the
last page.
new program flag -j <addr> was added to jump to a page on
startup.
page address (without filename) can also be supplied in
plumb message with the "addr" attribute.
when a replicated source image with a clipr with clipr.min > Pt(0, 0),
drawclip() would properly translate the src->clipr on the dstr
but then clamp the source rectangle back on src->r.
while traversing down multiple layers, this would cause the translation to
be applied multiple times to the dst rectangle giving the wrong image result.
this change adds a new drawclipnorepl() function that avoids the clamping
of source and mask rectangles to src->r and mask->r. this is then used in
libmemlayer.
the final memimagedraw() call will call drawclip() which will do the final
claming.

the process is *NOT* allowed to exit after a srvrelease() as
it still holds a reference (srv->rref) preventing the srv
from beging freed/ended (listensrv) before srvacquire().
png: colorspace will never be CYCbCr (this is no
doubt from copy-pasting from jpg)
tif: everyone else uses colorspace as a function
argument, so we will too

the issues with the previous tsc change where not related to the tsc
but where problems with timesync using an old frequency file. a
patch to fix timesync was commited, so so we reintroduce the *notsc=
again.
we previously used tsc only on cpu kernel. now that
we use it on terminal kernel too, there might be some
surprises ahead.
so make it possible to disable tsc for machines where
the tsc rate is not kept constant across cores or is
dynamically adjusted by power management.
boot(8) claims that boot will launch /$objtype/init;
that is incorrect. It launches /$cputype/init (so says
both boot.c and cpurc(8)). That's the more sensible
choice. This patch fixes the man page to resolve the
mismatch.
after some thought, the file attachment headers Attach: and Include:
(before Inline:) are more like the Subject: line and should be interpreted
every time.
mouse acceleration can be done by software in the kernels
devmouse device like:

it is hard to pass nusb/kb parameters anyway as it is started
from nusbrc in bootfs.paq, so i remove the option.
Bread() always reads exactly nbytes of data if it can. only
when it reaches end of file or an error it will return less.
so the Breadn() function that was introduced has been removed.

to support µ-law audio embedded in wav and big endian pcm
in sun audio files the µ-law and a-law and big endian integer
decoding was added to pcmconv. sundec now parses the sun
audio header supporting stereo now.
when -8 flag is given, upas/marshal override To:, Cc: and Bcc: headers.
add -B option for Bcc. it is also now valid to pass recipient list
on upas/marshal arguments and have -8 flag set. make nedmail and
/rc/bin/mail call upas/marshal with -8 now to make it effective.
This patch adds client TLS authentication to libsec in compliance with
rfc 4346.
A new -c flag has been introduced for tlsclient allowing the user to
specify a certificate in pem(8) format which will be provided to the
server upon request.
A -D debug flag has been introduced to enable debugging output.
The patch has been tested against OpenSSL 0.9.7j 04 May 2006.
It exists today because of the great (debugging) help and insight
provided by Matthias Bauer.
TODOs:
- specification of a certain client key in factotum is not possible at
the moment
- tlssrv should support this too
These will get added in another patch.
