Update Error Logger to v2.1.0

* Remove ErrorLogFilter
* Changed Filter in PKLogHandler to LogFilter
* Removed parent logger filter
* Add a Logs folder
* Limit log size to 500kb, maximum files: 20
* Update LogFilter with proper code
* Now does not log duplicate stack traces
