LTSC 2021 Activator

Converts a non-IoT installation of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 to IoT and activates using with a permanent HWID license.

Designed to be used as part of the Installing Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 guide.
