[NEWDEV] Enable OK button in "Browse For Folder" only when driver is found
Implement BrowseCallbackProc() function which sends BFFM_ENABLEOK message
to the browse dialog whether the driver is found in the selected folder.
Pass the search path to the browse dialog depending on the current index
of the drop down combobox. If the index is not set, just get window text.
Then, automatically expand the tree view to the specified path by sending
BFFM_SETSELECTION message.
Also fix a bug in SearchDriverRecursive() where a duplicate backslash
was added to the PathWithPattern string variable.
[SHELL32] Do not add Recycle Bin to the tree view items in FillTreeView()
[SYSSETUP] Add source path to the "Installation Sources" multi-string key
Each time the ProcessSetupInf() is being called, add the source path
to the "Installation Sources" registry key, if it's not added there yet.
The driver search path combobox will be then populated using its value.
- Check if the parent window of RunDLL is the desktop,
only in this case add the system control applet to the taskbar.
- Try loading small 16x16 icon for the taskbar button.

Display the control panel applet in the taskbar to allow better navigation between programs.

This is proceeded by manipulating the window of the current instance of 'rundll32.exe':
- Set title text
- Set icon
- Show window (minimal)
- Engaging the corresponding button in the Taskbar.
The file browser now has a status bar like Windows Server 2003 does.
This includes the sizes of the files, as well as the location.
In certain folders (Network, Desktop, etc.) the status bar is hidden.
Currently it does not handle this in the same way as Windows Shell does,
however it's a good first step to make it work properly.

In MS Windows all control panel applets are started in single instance.
This prevents conflicts of concurrent accesses to the configuration data.
Before starting applets, look up the dialog window of the existing instance
by checking several atoms, such as the applet path, CPLName, and CPLFlags.
If the dialog is found, it's brought to the foreground, and a new applet
instance not started.

- Add as well the undocumented 0x40 dwFlags value from shlwapi!PathFileExistsDefExtW()
to the list.
- Fix a bug (also present in Win2k3) in PathResolveW() where, specifying
the PRF_DONTFINDLNK flag, would also erroneously exclude checking for
the .cmd extension as well (which was obviously NOT the original
intention, from the name of the flag and the documentation as well:

The About dialog banner will now show the correspondent Product version selected on install.
This will make it easier to tell which edition of ReactOS is installed.
CORE-17506
- Convert some judgements against BIF_NEWDIALOGSTYLE to judgements against BIF_USENEWUI. Here BIF_USENEWUI == (BIF_NEWDIALOGSTYLE | BIF_EDITBOX).
- Remove WS_SIZEBOX window style from new UI dialog resource (IDD_BROWSE_FOR_FOLDER_NEW).
- Fix header layout.h for resizing without WS_SIZEBOX.
When the system is not installed yet (e.g. LiveCD or 2nd installation stage)
there is no registered user and organization, so no need to show this text
label in the shell about dialog.

This makes ShellMessageBoxW use the correct implementation where the
text buffer size is dynamic, instead of having a too small hardcoded
size.
Fixes CORE-17271.
See also PR #3172 by Kyle Katarn, supplemented with some ideas from
Mark Jansen.
However we cannot straightforwardly implement ShellMessageBoxA around
ShellMessageBoxW, by converting some parameters from ANSI to UNICODE,
because there may be some variadic ANSI strings, associated with '%s'
printf-like formatters inside the format string, that would also need
to be converted; however there is no way for us to find these and perform
the conversion ourselves.
Therefore, we re-implement ShellMessageBoxA by doing a copy-paste ANSI
adaptation of the shlwapi.ShellMessageBoxWrapW function.
Note that, on Vista+ onwards, shlwapi implements both ShellMessageBoxA/W,
and shell32 directly forwards these exports to shlwapi, thus avoiding
these workarounds.
[PSDK] Explicily use WINAPIV for the variadic ShellMessageBoxA/W functions.
[INCLUDE/REACTOS] Add ShellMessageBoxWrapW in shlwapi_undoc.h .
- The user can enter the full path of a directory in "Copy To Folder" and "Move To Folder" features.
- Fix two bugs in SHBrowseForFolder function. One is disability of text box to enter a full path. Another one is disability to choose the root item in BFFM_SETSELECTION.
- Add ES_AUTOHSCROLL style to text box. This enables the user to enter a long text.
CORE-11132
Shell change notification has been implemented in #2432. But as @yagoulas said, source code structure is in mess. We improved simplicity and human readability of our source code.
- Move wine/changenotify.c code into changenotify.c and shelldesktop/CChangeNotify.cpp.
- Simplify code and rename the identifiers and add many comments. CORE-13950
Fix SHAppBarMessage (not perfect) by adapting wine code. See CORE-14439.
More work is required. Kept the original code for reference.
Example : SetWindowPos should be called via Post Message.

Wine's SHAddToRecentDocs was not Unicode supported and unusable. I will dare to rewrite.

The current control parameters don't fit well with the version string since ReactOS migrated from SVN to Git. However, modifying the resource parameters doesn't fix the problem as well because the string itself is dynamic (as it can change in words specially the build architecture if the version build is AMD64 or x86 for example).
