We have a zero-warnings policy in trunk, accordingly:
- Disable overflow warnings in mciwave
- Remove all -Wno-error directives
- Remove all allow_warnings invocations
- Make allow_warnings defunct, it needs to be reworked, e.g. according to CORE-6959.
