Andrew Munger 239ad82645 Add odbc32 to the build system and bootcd. 
It builds and it's mere presence allows php to load.
Please have a look at the .rbuild, it probably needs tweaked.

Aleksey Bragin fed8bf35b4 - Perform volume operations as described in http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa364562(VS.85).aspx : Open, Lock, Work, Dismount, Unlock, Close. 
- Our fastfat driver doesn't support lock/unlock and dismount operations, so no improvement yet.
