Andrew Greenwood 59a33415c2 W32API conversion update 
This shouldn't directly affect anything for normal (non-W32API) builds. A more detailed change log will be sent to the ros-kernel mailing list shortly.

Hartmut Birr b17b46078f - Fixed some type problems if cmd is compiled as unicode. 
- Build an unicode argv pointer, if cmd is compiled as unicode.
- Fixed a buffer overflow, while processing the argv pointer.

Royce Mitchell III 74ff28452f * added _DISABLE_TIDENTS macro to disable any ANSI/UNICODE ambiguous elements from the header files. 
* enabled _DISABLE_TIDENTS for most ReactOS OS components.
* fixed all errors that resulted from this change
* a few small bugfixes along the way
