Move imagesoft to applications and add it to build.
Convert lang files to UTF-8.
Fix casts and x64 warnings.

- Delete ddraw demo since it doesn't actually demo anything on my XP, but paints the screen to the rose color and hangs.

I created an "applications/screensavers" directory for that, eventually rosapps should get a similar directory structure to reactos.
Also changed the appropriate parts in reactos.dff.
