_GetMRUSlots helper functions.
- Add code into _GetMRUSlot, _FindNearestInheritBag, and Write.
- Add CLSID_MruPidlList and IID_IMruPidlList definitions into
<shlguid_undoc.h>.
- Add IMruPidlList interface into <shlobj_undoc.h>.
