[MSPAINT] Make imageArea window-less (#5215)

- Move imageArea code into canvasWindow.
- Delete imgarea.cpp, imgarea.h, and imageArea.
- Add CCanvasWindow::ImageToCanvas and CCanvasWindow::CanvasToImage to convert the coordinates.
- Realize drawing of resizing image area.
