Quentin Rameau 79fab7c6fa replace file size with line count for text files 
Keep the number of line when writing text blobs and print it in the
index file tree instead of the size. Still print the size otherwise.

Hiltjo Posthuma e10f79ad2a add refs page (branches and tags) 
quite some code is added, this will be cleaned up in a following code iteration.

- make sure to free some more allocated git objects.
- use fputs() asmuch as possible instead of fprintf().
- code cleanup
