aux/vga: dont use /proc/$pid/mem to access vga bios

Browse source 
using /proc/$pid/mem to access vga bios is not portable and crashes
sgi machines when aux/vga is run. instead, try /dev/realmodemem
first (provided by realemu), then #v/vgabios.
