9front at least has DVCS but they have one good programmer and 50 idiots who prefer to fill up the fortune file rather than fix a bug–oh, and they switched from the publically-archived Google Groups mailing list to a self-hosted non-archived mailing list, so nobody really knows what’s actually going on there.
