strip_colour: Prefer IsDigit to isdigit.
Unlike isdigit, IsDigit can safely be applied to 'char's.
Arguments to isdigit needs a character cast to 'unsigned char' or EOF.

Some clients such as irssi interpret \004 as colour or other markup.
