LavaFlow Cleanup Fix
LavaFlow blocks were flooding which was causing obsidian and stone to arise when it shouldn't. I made LavaFlow blocks TempBlocks and changed the isLavaBendable() method so that LavaSurge will still work with LavaFlow.
