- Make Unicode strings static const.
- Add a stub for StgCreateStorageEx(). Returns
  STG_E_UNIMPLEMENTEDFUNCTION as per MSDN. Fixes an error saving files
  in Word XP.
- Make our ascii strings static const.
  Remove a couple string variables that were used only once and use the
  string literal directly.
