[MSPAINT] Establish Undo/Redo management (#5347)
- Painting the canvas is done by overlaying the multiple layers.
- Drawing each overlay is implemented as polymorphism of OOP.
- Refine the Undo/Redo mechanism.
- Some adjustments.
