Timo Kreuzer d7f6c74d76 Bmfd: The cjGlyphMax field of the PFD_DEVICEMETRICS, the cjSize parameter of BmfdQueryFontData and it's return value all specify the size of the full GLYPHBITS structure, not only the glyph bitmap. Fixes problem of truncated Glyphs. Fix calculation of glyph handles. TODO: 90° rotation and integral scaling.
