- Move nettypes.h to PSDK, introduce pragma once and apply a consistent formatting. - Remove newdev.h from DDK (it's already in PSDK). - ndisguid.h and ndiswan.h : Introduce pragma once, apply a consistent formatting and add some missing definitions. - netpnp.h : Introduce pragma once, apply a consistent formatting and mark NDIS_DEVICE_PNP_EVENT with a FIXME indicating that it belongs to ndis.h [PSDK] - newdev.h : Introduce pragma once, apply a consistent formatting, add missing setupapi.h inclusion along with some missing definitions and guard them with the appropriate WINVER. svn path=/branches/header-work/; revision=46944
