[RAPPS] Fix uninstalling applications
- 'WindowsInstaller' setups do not fill the UninstallString and ModifyPath with the needed info, so manually calculate those.
- Fix the case where REG_EXPAND_SZ is used instead of REG_SZ
- Take NoModify into account
