Dmitry Timoshkov <dmitry@codeweavers.com> - Correct coordinates of a couple of controls. - Do not forget to allocate internal OPENFILENAMEW structure for 16-bit GetOpenFileName, initialize it by zeros for 16/A cases. - Make GetOpenFileNameW with an old style open file dialog work with the original OPENFILENAMEW structure, making sure that all changes are passed back to the caller.
