Ged Murphy a484f4bf18 - Add a temporary manifest to servman which contains support for comctl32 v6 and more importantly, support for UAC elevation in NT6+ ... This will be required for any app which needs to run with elevated privs. As we've previously stated, rbuild needs to generate the manifest hence this is only temporary. We therefore need a UAC tag adding to rbuild so the generated manifest can contain support for UAC elevation for any apps which require it.
