Hermès Bélusca-Maïto a2803cecfc [NTOS] ... - Use a more standard name for the cursor position headless command structure. - Remove the useless SysThreadCreated variable. - Implement the remaining headless support in inbv functions, dealing with text colour (on windows, always set white text on black background). I added an extra feature (disabled by default) in case you want to get colourful headless support. - Disable all code related to displaying different logos for different SKUs since up to now ReactOS doesn't have Storage or Cluster flavours, but keep it for reference in case somebody needs it. The resource IDs are still there. - Disable all code related to rotating progress bar (à la XP) since it is not really implemented in ReactOS at the moment.
