James Tabor 914d831991 Removed NtGdiGetDCOrgEx, GetViewportExt/OrgEx, GetWindowExt/OrgEx. Added NtGdiGetDCPoint. 
Will update ntgdibad.h once we sort out the internal use of these functions.
