Dmitry Borisov 8f44930f91 [ISAPNP] Code formatting
- Add SAL2 annotations.
- Use RTL_NUMBER_OF macro in kernel mode.
- Use better function/member names.
- Less hardcoded values.
- Add license information. See commit
