- Move several ntddk.h related definition from winddk.h
- Add IRP_MN_FLUSH_AND_PURGE and several DO_* definition
- Update HAL_QUERY_INFORMATION_CLASS and HAL_SET_INFORMATION_CLASS members
- Fix DEBUG_DEVICE_DESCRIPTOR structure definition
