Aleksey Bragin 735dbb12c6 - Add RtlUnwind to headers, and make list.h MSVC-compatible. 
- Rename framebased.asm to framebased.S and write in GAS compatible assembly, instead of using nasmw.
- Fix WDK compatibility.
