Gregor Schneider 5387d5fcac - Don't hard code pixel size to 16bpp. 
- Fixes crashes in 8bpp and halved bitmaps in 32bpp.
- This SRCCOPY code is not in use atm and will probably stay this way because it's slower then the version in win32k/dib.
