[CALC] Adapt to <strsafe.h> (#5894)
Use safer string functions of <strsafe.h>.
Use StringCbPrintf instead of _stprintf.
Use StringCbCopy insteaad of _tcscpy.
Use StringCbCat instead of _tcscat.
