Stefan Ginsberg 054ccf1593 - Remove ntdll exports not applicable for amd64, fix a couple of broken export names and stub out RtlInitializeCriticalSectionEx until its parameters are determined 
- Add rtl and ntdll stubs for arch specific routines
- Now ntdll almost links, but some missing crt support is left to do
