- Add the small master dialog.
- Add support for tray (/t), small (/s) and normal (/n) dialog sizes.
- Fix the font size calculation for the dialogs.
- Fix the dialog unit to pixel conversion.
- Fix the client window size calculation.
- Do not leak font handles.
