The autogenerated name has the format:
"ATL:<hexadecimal_digits_of_pointer><NULL-terminator>"
and the number of hex digits in 0xABCD1234 (for 32-bit == 4-byte)
pointers (without the '0x') is 8 == 4*2, and for 64-bit == 8-byte
pointers (e.g. 0xABCDEF0123456789) is 16 == 8*2.
- Make sure the DWLP_* values are correct on _WIN64
- Don't use the DWL_* constants, they are not portable. Enforce this by removing them entirely from winuser.h
- Make sure Get/SetWindowLong*Ptr* is used and pointers are not truncated to LONG
