The keyboard layout file names of ReactOS are different from Windows' ones. It was one reason why ImmInstallIMEW fails.

For a proper override of the options by new user options, specify the
/SIFOPTIONSOVERRIDE switch in addition. Otherwise, user options are
merged with those retrieved from TXTSETUP.SIF, with priority given to
the former ones.
- Update the documentation for the 'ReactOSSetup' OS type in the
FREELDR.INI file template.
- Use a different prompt in the custom boot options editor for the
'ReactOSSetup' OS type, with adequate explanation.
- Get rid of the ReactOS-specific TXTSETUP.SIF 'DbgOsLoadOptions' value,
and use instead the Windows-compatible 'SetupDebugOptions' value that
is added to the other load options when debugging is to be enabled.
It adds basic input support for:
- Standard Bus Mouse
- Standard InPort Mouse
- Logitech Bus Mouse
- Microsoft Bus Mouse
- Microsoft InPort Mouse
- NEC PC-98 Bus Mouse
Untested on PC/AT, but should work.
- Create xbox.cmake based on legacy.cmake and pic.cmake
- Revive Xbox HAL files and add them to the build
- Fix boot with Xbox HAL, add missing parts from halinit_up.c
- Code style and debug logging improvements in pcibus.c
- Allow to choose Xbox HAL in usetup
CORE-16216
- BOOTDATA: Use standard INF signature string, so that they can be
opened successfully using ReactOS' or Windows' setupapi.dll with
the INF_STYLE_WIN4 style.
- SETUPLIB: Use the correct INF_STYLE_* INF styles in SpInfOpenInfFile() calls.
- REACTOS : Switch thread locale to user-specified LocaleId when calling
SetupOpenInfFileW(), so that the correct localized strings are used.
This avoids issues when these partitions are formatted to FAT for setup.
For now, this commit doesn't change anything, but once IopParseDevice hack
gets removed, this will make a difference!
