Timo Kreuzer	211e68d9b1	[NTDLL_APITEST] Disable NtContinue test when runtime checks are enabled [USER32_APITEST] Disable WndProc test when runtime checks are enabled [KERNEL32_WINETEST] Zero initialize a buffer.
