David Quintana	87b6094ea0	[EXPLORER] ... * Recreated the start menu banner as a SVG file in Inkscape. * Deleted old PSD (Photoshop) files. * Replaced the explorer banner BMP with one exported by Inkscape from the SVG file. Robert Naumann	dd39558722	[EXPLORER] -First commit of my Explorer work. -Remove unneeded property pages and move the important settings to the both pages which are also there in Win2k3 (taskbar and startmenu). -Add a folder layout for resources (like in shell32) to keep the overview. -Added missing resources like bitmaps and icons, some of them are needed for further work. -Added a new start menu bitmap, like in CE -All code related stuff is ignored so far, because it makes trouble. I'll work on this. This temporarily breaks the show seconds checkbox, which will also become fixed asap. -Translation may be broken, please translators take a look.
