We have Flex and Bison distributed along with RosBE 2.2 so this should

Thomas Faber 5685ad4a12
[CMAKE] Don't use the PCH for generated files. 
The PCH must be used with the same compiler flags it was generated with,
so don't use it for files that use modified flags.

Jérôme Gardou 23373acbb9 [CMAKE] Use modules instead of shared libraries 
There is no need to compile our DLLs as shared libraries since we are
managing symbols exports and imports through spec files.

On my system, this reduces the configure-time by a factor of two.
