Michael Martin	98ed611448	[USBSTOR] ... - Add a check at USBSTOR_FdoHandleStartDevice to make sure the device uses Bulk Transfers. - Use macros for initializing the Urbs. The macros ensure that the proper fields of the URB are set correctly.
