Katayama Hirofumi MZ 42353ecbad [USER32][WIN32SS] Fix display of owned popup windows (#683) 
An owned popup window should be hidden when its owner window was minimized.
- Add IntWinListOwnedPopups function.
- Fix ShowWindow and ShowOwnedPopups functions.
